I further hereby release and forever discharge the Diocese of Pittsburgh, St. Isidore the Farmer Parish, parish employees and volunteers from any and all actions or suits in law or equity which we might hereafter have by reasons of injuries sustained by my child participating as a volunteer in the Vacation Bible School Program.
